Biomedionics was established in Narowal, Punjab, Pakistan — with the goal of bridging the gap between expensive imported medical devices and the real needs of local clinics, hospitals, and research institutions.

Our team of biomedical engineers and healthcare professionals work together to design devices that combine cutting-edge technology with practical, field-tested reliability. Every product is built and validated in Pakistan, for Pakistan — and for the global market.

From our flagship Isometri Muscle Meter — which streams real-time force data via Firebase — to our BioSoft Ⅰ bioprinter and Diabe-Neurosense neuropathy diagnostic system, we are committed to raising the standard of medical technology in our region.

📦 Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an Order ID via email immediately after placing your order.
  • Once shipped, your order status will be updated — track it using the Track Order page.
  • Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery.
🌍 International Shipping

International orders are subject to a 5% international tax applied at checkout. Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the buyer.

We ship internationally via DHL, FedEx, and TCS International. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

✅ We offer a 7-day return policy on all devices. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
📋 Eligibility for Returns
  • Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery date.
  • Device must be in original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • All accessories, cables, manuals, and components must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required for all returns.
  • Devices that show signs of physical damage, misuse, or tampering are not eligible.

Pack the device securely and ship to our address in Narowal, Pakistan.

  • Bank transfer: Refunded to your bank account within 3–5 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer (account details required).

📡 Device Data & Firebase

When you connect your Isometri Muscle Meter, real-time force measurement data is transmitted to Google Firebase (a Google LLC service) and stored in our Realtime Database. This data is associated with your Device ID (MAC address) and is accessible only through your unique Device ID.

You can disconnect your device at any time to stop data transmission. Historical reading data may be stored in Firebase for up to 30 days.

Your data is stored on Google Firebase, which uses industry-standard encryption and security practices. We regularly review access controls and ensure that sensitive customer data is protected.
